Question:How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Answer:Please check whether you have added an email address. If you have, you will receive an order confirmation notification; if you forgot to add one, please contact Customer Service.

Question: Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?

Answer: Please contact Customer Service to request modifications before the package is dispatched. If the package has already been shipped, you will be responsible for covering any resulting additional shipping costs.

Answer: Our acrylic paint markers work perfectly on nearly all surfaces, including paper, canvas, glass, ceramic, wood, plastic and more. The pigment is quick-drying, waterproof and highly opaque to create vivid DIY artworks.

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?

Answer: Once we receive your order, please allow 1 business day for processing. All orders ship from our warehouse and will arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping location will be assigned automatically by our system based on real-time stock availability.
